About us
For too long, toothpaste has been too bad and too boring. We make it easy and fun to create new, sustainable habits, without single-use fossile plastics.
We’ve created sustainable toothpaste for everyone, at the expense of no one. Reduce your emissions and plastic consumption with our refillable jar and toothpaste bits in compostable pouches. Our goal is simple – make oral care sexy and sustainable.
To start your new, sustainable habits, you need to buy the starter kit (to do so, click on “Get started”). Choose how often you want to receive refills. Add the starter kit to your shopping basket and proceed to checkout. Once you’ve paid, your subscription is up and running and you’ll receive refills, straight to your mailbox every two or four months (depending on which interval you choose).
Sustainability is the cornerstone of HA-BITS. Our products and services and everything around them are carefully designed to have as little impact on the environment as possible.
All suppliers and partners are selected for their quality and environmental performance.
Packaging materials are optimised to be easily recycled, composted or reused.

Min order
You can expect to receive your products within 2-5 working days after you receive confirmation that we have dispatched your order.
If there are circumstances where your order may be delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible.
If you haven’t received confirmation that we’ve sent your order or if you’ve waited longer than 10 working days, please contact us at [email protected].
Once an order has been sent, it is not possible to change it. If you have not received confirmation that your order has been sent, please contact us at [email protected].
Please note that we cannot guarantee that we will have time to note your change before we ship your order.
Your order will be delivered through your local postal service.
Within Sweden, we use Postnord.
You can expect your order within 3-10 working days from the day you placed the order (delivery time may be longer during holidays or other special occasions).

The postage fee will be deducted from your refund.
Subscription
You’ll never have to worry about running out of toothpaste again. If you subscribe to our toothpaste bits, you’ll receive refills straight to your mailbox every two or four months. The amount you get each interval is calculated based on using two tablets a day.
You choose whether you want refills every two months or every four months.
If you choose every two months, you will receive a refill bag (120 tablets). If you choose every four months, you will receive two refill packs (240 tablets).
To pause your subscription, go to your account > subscriptions and press “pause subscription”. You can reactivate your subscription at any time.
We can change your delivery frequency, write to us in the chat or by email [email protected] and we will help you.
For example, if you have been using more than two tablets a day, your tablets will run out faster than we have estimated. You can then renew your supply earlier to make sure you get new toothpaste bits before your current dose runs out.

The starter kit includes a forever jar and two months’ worth of toothpaste tablets.
Brushing is easy. You take one tablet, chew it a few times and then start brushing with your toothbrush.
Brush for two minutes, twice a day for best results and protection.
Transparency is important to us. That’s why we’ve listed all the ingredients and their function on each product page.

Our jars are made in the Netherlands.
The toothpaste tablets are made in the UK.
Yes, our products are 100% vegan and cruelty-free.
Yes. Fluoride is by far the best substance to protect and strengthen our teeth. That’s why introducing our first toothpaste tablets with fluoride was a no-brainer.
The refill bags are home-compostable, so if you have a compost bin at home, just throw it in there. If you don’t have compost at home, throw it in your regular trash.
