These HA-BITS Referral Program Terms (“Program Terms”) apply to the Referral program (“Referral Program”) offered by HA-BITS (“HA-BITS”, “The company”, “We”, “Us”) and are the legally binding terms and conditions for participation in the Referral Program. Please read these Program Terms carefully before participation. By participating, the participant (“you”) agree to be bound by these Program Terms. The Referral Program is subject to HA-BITS Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy which are incorporated herein by this reference.
In order to participate in the Referral Program, you must enter your email address. You must also have a shipping address in Sweden and be of age 18 years or older. You can only participate as a consumer (as defined under applicable local law).
HA-BITS offers you the opportunity to earn a reward by referring friends for a chance to claim one of our great rewards. To participate, visit https://www.ha-bits.co (the Site) and follow the on-screen instructions. By entering your email address, you will be provided with a personal referral link (“Link”) which you can share with your family, friends and colleagues (“Friends”) as much as you want. You may share your Link via email, social media and/or other tools we provide. For each friend who signs up for a referral account through your Link, we will add one (1) referral point (“Point”) to your total referral count. A referral is complete when the referred friend sign-up and verifies their email. Your Friend must accept, and not delete, any relevant cookies provided in connection with the Referral Program prior to signing up, otherwise the Link will not be recognised and the Point will not be applied to your or your Friend’s account.
Once the number of referrals reaches a reward milestone, you will receive an email confirming the reward. Refer more Friends to reach the next milestone and upgrade your reward. When reaching a new reward milestone, the previous achieved milestone will become unclaimable. There is no maximum referral limit throughout the Referral Program. You will be able to check your total amount of referrals and milestones by accessing ha-bits.co/refer-a-friend.
By the end term of the program, the highest reward you have achieved will be the one awarded to you. This will be confirmed by email where you will also get a personal Coupon code (“Coupon”). To use the Coupon, you must order the awarded product from our Site and add the Coupon during the checkout. You must use the same email address as the one the Coupon is sent to. The Coupon is personal and can only be used once. Only one out of four rewards available can be claimed per customer.
The Coupon must be used within six (6) months from the date of issue or else it expires and becomes invalid. The coupon value applied to one (1) transaction cannot exceed the total order amount.
This offer is made to you and your Friends, and applies solely to your personal referrals. Earned rewards are applicable for products on our Site only and are subject to verification. Coupons are not redeemable for cash and are non-transferable and not refundable (e.g. if an order is refunded, any portion of such order paid for using Coupons will not be refunded) and may not be auctioned, traded, bartered or sold.
Your rewards will not be granted, and may be revoked or deemed ineligible for redemption, if you or your Friend requests us to remove you from our contact list or in other ways blocks us to connect. We may delay a reward for the purposes of investigation. We may also refuse to verify and process any transaction for any reason.

You cannot refer yourself or create multiple, fictitious or fake accounts during the Referral Program. No user may use the Referral program to violate any law, infringe or violate the rights of any third party, or otherwise act in a manner that is deemed harassing, harmful, illegal, hateful, obscene or outside the spirit and intent of the Referral Program.
The contents of this Site (including without limitation all website design, text graphics, the selection and arrangement thereof and all software compilations, source code, software and other material) are the copyright of HBTS Sweden AB or its technology providers / contributors. You may view this Site and print or download any part of it for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not modify, copy, publish, transmit, display, perform, distribute, reproduce, license, create derivative works from, transfer or sell any information or other content, goods or services obtained from this website without HA-BITS prior written consent.

Reservation of rights
We reserve the right to modify or revise at any time these Program terms and the methods through which Points are earned. We reserve the right to disqualify any participant at any time from participation in the Referral program if they do not comply with any of these Program terms. Our failure to enforce any of these Program terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
We expressly reserve the right to disqualify any Referrals it believes solely at its discretion are generated by scripts, macros or other automated or fraudulent means (e.g. using fake accounts) or violation of these Program Terms and to take action and seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law against any user it finds to be tampering with the operation of the Referral Program or otherwise acting in violation of these Program Terms, which may include, without limitation, removing a user from the Referral Program, delaying or cancelling the rewards, or revoking or refusing to honor outstanding rewards. In all matters relating to the administration of the Referral Program, the decisions of the company will be final.
The company shall have no liability for your failure to receive notices due to spam, junk email or other security settings or for your provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If you cannot be contacted, are ineligible, fail to claim the reward within six (6) months from the time award notification was sent, or fail to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release if required, the reward may be forfeited. We are not responsible for communication errors or other matters beyond our reasonable control, including any failures to award Points due to technical issues.
In the event of a dispute about the party making a redemption or earning a Point, all redemptions and referrals will be deemed to have been made by the owner of the e-mail account that is associated with the customer used to make the purchase or referral.
We reserve the right to modify, update or discontinue the Referral Program, in whole or in part, with or without notice, and will not be liable to you or your Friends in the event of any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Referral Program.
These Program Terms are governed by and interpreted to Swedish law, and subject to the jurisdiction of the Swedish courts. If any provision of these Program Terms is held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any respect, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Program Terms otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.
PARTICIPANTS EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT THE PROGRAM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF NON INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD PARTY RIGHTS, TITLE, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND FREEDOM FROM COMPUTER VIRUS OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WITHOUT IN ANY WAY LIMITING THE PRIOR SENTENCE, WORLDPAY DOES NOT MAKE ANY REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY THAT (I) THE CONTENT AND INFORMATION OF THIS WEBSITE IS ACCURATE, SECURE, COMPLETE OR OTHERWISE FREE FROM ERRORS AND OMISSIONS, OR (II) THE LINKS AND OTHER ASPECTS OF THE WEBSITE ARE FUNCTIONAL.
